Trade Ambassador Program

About the Workshop

Explore jobs in the skilled trades from the first-hand experience of a young construction worker. Learn about the construction industry and the pathways available to start an apprenticeship. Through a combination of storytelling, videos and hands-on activities, students explore the opportunities available to them in construction – from bricklaying to sheet metal, from pipefitting to becoming an electrician.  The workshop is designed for Grade 10, 11 and 12 high school students.
